If intended for use off of deviantart I need to know ahead of time. this is due to differences in stock use rules between providersPortrait - 75$Full Manipulation - 125$ base

Terms of Service
1) All payments are to be made through paypal in CAD. Please use a currency calculator to figure out the equivalent in your countries currency
2)I do not give refunds once I have started your piece, please make sure you have funds in order BEFORE commissions. (there are some extreme cases when things go awry on my end but do not count on this)
3) For commissions 50$ and over I allow payments in two installments. one before beginning and one when your piece is finished. You will not receive an unwatermarked version until I have received full payment.
4) if you have read these terms of service please add the word lully to your form
5) I retain the right to post your commission on my social media as my work. However, I will not claim any ownership of your character, subject, etc.
6) you do not have the right to claim my work as your own, or sell anything using, or derived from, my work.
7) you may resell my work with a character however it may not exceed the original price on its own.
8) commission forms are to be sent over Instagram DMs or Deviantart notes (however if you were linked this carrd from discord you may message me there)
9)if you have read all these terms of service add the word Equidae somewhere in your order.
10) please note that turnaround times may vary. I am a working student and art is a hobby for me, not a job. I keep a Trello with progress updates where I will try to upload WIPs of pieces.
